Privacy policy

Updated September 20, 2026

WickedPath Holdings LLC operates ShadowVault. This page describes information processed when you use our website and Wasabi signup form.

Wasabi account signup

When you submit the form, we process your first and last name, email address, country, storage estimate, and optional company name. We send these details to Wasabi through its account-creation service so it can process your signup and email setup instructions. Wasabi processes information under its privacy policy.

The signup application does not maintain a customer database or intentionally log form contents. It temporarily holds request data while processing signup, and uses a short-lived hash of your email to limit repeated attempts. Hosting and service providers may retain operational records under their own settings and policies.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website use, including pages visited, device/browser information, approximate location, and interactions with the calculator, product links, and signup flow. Google Analytics may use cookies and process technical identifiers. We do not include your name, email address, company name, or other form-field values in our custom analytics events.

Our analytics configuration disables Google signals and advertising personalization signals. We do not load Analytics when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. You can also block analytics or cookies through your browser settings. See Google’s privacy policy and Analytics opt-out options.

Hosting, fonts, and connection tests

Our hosting and delivery services process technical request information, which can include IP addresses, timestamps, and browser details. We load fonts from Google Fonts. If you run the optional Wasabi speed test, your browser connects to the selected test server and transfers test data; that server receives your IP address and request information. The test does not upload your personal files.

Amazon affiliate links

Clicking an Amazon product link opens Amazon, where its privacy and cookie policies apply. Affiliate links identify referrals so we may receive a commission on qualifying purchases. We do not receive your Amazon payment information.

Retention and requests

Information is retained as needed for the relevant service, operational requirements, and applicable obligations. For questions or requests about data processed through this site, email [email protected]. Wasabi and Google may hold information under their own policies; contact them for requests relating to their services.

Updates

We update this page when our practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
